At 14, Carol moved to Canada with her family, where she continued her education, graduating high school a year early.
Carol’s journey led her to Hawaii, where she embraced life’s twists and turns with resilience and passion. Now living in Volcano, Hawaii, she enjoys the tranquility of nature, her two dogs, Calvin and Kimchi, and her love for cooking—especially her famous Thai seafood curry and homemade Caesar dressing.
